Decisions, Decisions
Okay, ya'll, I know this is silly, but I just can't decide. My parents got me the amazing Kitchenaid Mixer for Christmas this year. They got me a white one, which I love white...so clean and classic...but man, the red one is so cute too! The only problem is that I have been to two LinensN'Things and no red ones.
So bloggies, do I stick with clean and classic, or hunt down a red one?

steph! glad you guys had a great christmas! i am a little bias, because i have a red mixer...but...i say RED! i like having a red one because it adds a nice little accent color to your kitchen counter :-)

I can relate to this serious issue. I love the red one, I truly do. In fact, I nearly bought one. However, I went with white. Sure, my kitchen is red and yellow and cute all over... But white - versatile, goes with anything, matches my other necessary appliances. I love that it's simple. The end.
Either way, you'll be happy with this little bundle of cookie making joy! I'm so excited that you got one!

White... I concur with Ash... ALL of our other appliances are white AND who knows what our future home(s) will have. If we have a purple kitchen, Red will look tacky... Okay, a purple kitchen would probably be a bit loud...

i love my red one, but it doesn't look as good in my new house as it has in others. but i'm still glad i have it. one thought: if you'll mostly be mixing flour-y things in it, that really shows up on red. maybe it wouldn't as much on white?
Brandi is right. White... If you are ever craving red, then you and Brandi can trade for a baking session or something...

I have a white one that was handed down to me from someone who got it as a wedding gift over 20 years ago (and it still works great - I love these things!!). Whites ok - but just a little boring.
If it's not too late to vote, I vote RED. I have a red one and yes, flour does show up on it, but at least you can easily see where it needs to be clean and honestly, it's really easy and quick to wipe it down.
